Derek Blasberg reviews “The Perks of Being a Wallflower”
“The film made me laugh, and yes, it made me cry. (Shut up!) I loved Lerman’s performance, and I was endeared by Miller for reasons that will become apparent when you see the film. And I just adore Emma. It was nice to see her doing something out of the realm of magic. She also does an American accent, which was weird for me to see at first. But not as weird as the aforementioned Rocky Horror scene. Which she looks beautiful in, by the way.”

Another Perks Screening
From twitter:
“Just leaving a screening of ‘The Perks of Being A Wallflower,’ a sweet, comic tear jerker starring the adorable, fantastic Logan Lerman…”

Follower Question: What is everyone doing as they await the release of The Perks of Being a Wallflower?
(Source: kidrauhlordie)
So, as we know Summit/Lionsgate is the production company for The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
Just so happens, The Hunger Games and the Twilight series are also from the same production company. I think everyone can say that Twilight was completely and utterly oversold to the public. The Hunger Games is now on the same tract. There isn’t a huge problem with this however…
I’ve been thinking about things for a while and why is it that Summit/Lionsgate haven’t started releasing anything from Perks of Being a Wallflower other than a few stills. We can all agree that we don’t want Perks to get lost in the shuffle of movies when it has the possibility to be a really, really great film capable of making mega dollars.
What on earth do you think Summit/Lionsgate are up to concerning The Perks of Being a Wallflower?
